Seychelles

Seychelles is a visa-free country, meaning most travelers do not require a visa to enter. However, passport holders from Kosovo are an exception, as Seychelles does not recognize the State of Kosovo, and entry will be denied. While a visa is not required for most travelers, visitors must possess a valid passport or other recognized travel documents in order to gain entry into Seychelles.

The passport must be valid for the duration of the intended stay, up until the return to the traveler’s country of origin or residence.

Upon arrival in Seychelles, a visitor’s permit will be issued for travelers visiting for purposes such as holiday, business, or to visit friends or family, provided they meet the following criteria:

• The traveler is not a prohibited immigrant.
• The traveler does not hold a valid permit allowing residence in Seychelles.
• The traveler holds a valid return ticket or a ticket for onward travel for the duration of the visit.
• The traveler has confirmed accommodation in Seychelles.
• The traveler has sufficient funds for the duration of the stay (a minimum of US$150 or the equivalent per day).

Note: No one is allowed to enter or exit Seychelles without written authorization from the Ministry of Health.
