Saudi Arabia

1. Passport

• Home country passport with a minimum of six months validity.
• The passport should have at least 3 blank pages.
• Old passport (if applicable) should also be submitted.

2. Application Form

• Duly filled application form issued by the Embassy of Saudi Arabia.
• The form must be completed in English or Greek and signed and dated by the applicant. (For minors, both parents must sign the form).

3. Valid UAE Residence

• A copy of your UAE residence visa (valid for at least three months from the date of expiry of the requested visa or intended end of the journey).
• Emirates ID must also be submitted.

4. Photocopies

• 1 passport copy of pages containing personal data.
• 1 copy of the signature page (signed by the passport holder).
• 1 copy of UAE residence permit/visa.
• Copies of previous Schengen visas, if applicable.

For GCC Nationals:

• Copy of valid Emirates ID.

5. Personal Photograph

• Two recent color photographs (not older than six months).
• Photo size: 35x45mm.
• In color (no black and white).
• The head should cover 70-80% of the photo.
• Bright-colored background, preferably light grey with no patterns.
• Neutral facial expression, no smiles.
• Avoid uniforms or colors matching the background.

6. Medical Insurance

• Overseas travel insurance valid for the entire period of the requested visa and for all Schengen countries.
• Minimum coverage of 30,000 € (or equivalent in USD) including repatriation.
• Credit card medical insurance is not accepted.

7. Letter from Local Employer/Sponsor (NOC)

• NOC letter from the employer or sponsor.
• The NOC should include the name, postal address, and telephone number of the sponsor/company, along with the applicant’s position, salary, employment start date, and the purpose of travel.
• If applicable, an NOC should also be obtained from other business partners, and a valid trade license copy must be attached.
• For dependents, sponsors must provide a valid passport copy and UAE residence visa along with the cover letter.

8. If Minors are Traveling (under 18 years)

• Legal parenthood must be established (birth certificate, proof of adoption, or custody decree).
• In cases of divorced parents, a custody decree or death certificate of the deceased parent may be requested.
• Letter of consent from both parents for minors traveling with others, including passport copies and valid UAE residence visa copies of both parents/legal guardians.

9. Travel Documents

• Confirmed return flight tickets.
• Hotel reservation.
• Day-wise travel plan (itinerary).

10. Proof of Sufficient Financial Means

• Three months original bank statement signed and stamped by the bank, showing regular income (no deposits).
• For company owners, the company bank statement and a letter from the bank proving the applicant is a signatory on the account.
• Personal saving account statements can also be submitted if there are insufficient funds in the current account. Cash is not accepted as proof of funds.
• For retired persons, proof of pension or other regular income.
• Ensure regular income (salary, pension, etc.) is clearly highlighted on the bank statement.

11. On-Arrival Visa to Saudi Arabia (Free Visa)

• Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, and UAE nationals can obtain a Saudi Arabia on-arrival visa (free of charge).
