Below are the necessary documents and requirements for applying for a Turkey visa from Dubai. 1) Visa Application Form:

The Tourist Visa Application Form is prepared by the applicant and the visa application center.

2) Passport:

• A home country passport with a minimum validity of six months upon arrival in Turkey.
• The passport must have at least two blank pages.
• If a previous Turkey visa from the UAE was issued, it must be submitted, even if stamped on an old passport.

3) Biometric Photograph:

• Personal Photograph: Turkey visa photo size must be 5x6CM, with a clear white background.
• The photo should be recent (within the last six months).
• No headgear, hats, caps, or spectacles are allowed.

4) Valid UAE Residence Permit:

• All applicants must be UAE residents with at least six months’ validity remaining upon arrival in Turkey.
• Photocopies of the UAE residence permit, visa, and Emirates ID should be attached.

5) Travel Documentation:

• Round-trip flight ticket confirmation (provided by Flyroute Travels).

6) Accommodation Documentation:

• Hotel reservation (arranged by Flyroute Travels).
• If applicable, a title deed in Turkey or rental agreement.
• Invitation Letter (if invited by a resident in Turkey). The letter must include:
  • Reason for the invitation.
  • Duration of stay.
  • Commitment to return to the home country.
  • Contact details and ID copy of the inviter.

7) Travel Health Insurance:

• All applicants must have valid travel health insurance covering their stay in Turkey.
• If the applicant has medical insurance covering Turkey, a copy of the insurance policy should be submitted.
• (Travel insurance will be provided by Flyroute Travels).

8) Employment Documentation:

If the Applicant is an Employee:

• Original Guarantee Letter from the employer, stating:
  • Applicant’s job position.
  • Start date of employment.
  • Approved vacation dates.
• The letter must be on the company letterhead, with an original signature and official stamp.

If the Applicant is a Company Owner:

• Self-declaration letter on company letterhead, detailing:
  • Purpose of visit.
  • Travel dates.
  • Confirmation of return to the home country.
• Financial documents, including:
  • Company trade license.
  • Six-month bank statement.

If the Applicant is Retired:

• Original retirement documentation.
• Proof of last pension received.

If the Applicant is Sponsored by Another Person:

• The sponsor must provide the above-mentioned documents in addition to the applicant’s details.

9) Financial Documents:

• Personal bank statement for the last three months (original, signed, and stamped, issued within the last 10 days).
• If applicable, additional financial proof:
  • Property documents (title deeds, licenses, etc.).
  • Bank statements from a bank in Turkey.

10) UAE Accommodation Documentation:

• Tenancy contract or title deed (if available).
• If staying in shared accommodation, a signed confirmation letter is required.

11) Additional Documents:

• Previously issued Turkey tourist visas, residency visas, or work permits.
• If applicable, previous Schengen, USA, or UK visas.
• Dual citizens must submit documents related to both nationalities.

12) Additional Documentation for Minors:

In addition to the above documents, the following are required for minor applicants:

• If the minor is traveling alone, a notarized letter of consent signed by both parents must be submitted along with:

  • Copies of parents’ passports.
  • Copies of UAE residency visas.

• If the minor is traveling with one parent, the accompanying parent must provide:

  • A notarized consent letter.
  • Passport and UAE residency visa copies.
  • If the stay exceeds the visa duration, the letter should confirm approval for residence permit acquisition.

• If parents are divorced, both must submit separate letters of consent.

• If one parent is deceased, the death certificate must be provided.
